I knew there would come a time when little sister would start pushing back... Julia is not going to take it from Olivia that much longer. I bet this is just a preview of many wrestling matches to come between the sisters. Who needs Ultimate Fighting Championships when you have this?
Love, laughter and lunacy reign supreme in our Miami home, and you're invited.

Volkswagon Passat
One of my all time favorite commercials!! I love the pint-sized Mini-Darth, and the look on Dad's face? Priceless.

A Day At The Beach
My kids don't go to the beach all that often, probably because their mother fries to a crisp within ten minutes if she's not careful. Fortunately, Daddy takes them every now and then to remind them that we live near this beautiful water.
Check out little surfer girl.

Time to Get A Haircut!
Michael has been cutting my hair for over twenty years now. When Olivia was born, she would go to the hair salon with me and just hang out in her carseat, taking it all in. Now that she's old enough to get her own hair cut, of course no one else will do but Michael. She loves going to the salon and getting to sit in the "big girl" chair. One of the salon ladies came by with a handful of tiny cups for Cuban coffee, carefully pouring out the little black shots of pure adrenaline for the patrons. She asked Lamar and Michael if they wanted any and Olivia said "oh yes, of course!" Nice try, Olivia, but you already climb the walls. Stick to the water in a paper cup.

There's A New Slesnick In Town
Don and Ceci's new little baby, Cecilia Anne is here, in all her splendor. She decided to come a few days early on a gloriously cool November day in Miami. She arrived at 11:57 am, and weighed in at 8 pounds 2 ounces. She has a head of beautiful black hair and long skinny feet like her auntie! Momma Ceci went in thinking she was going to have her naturally but they ended up having to do a C-section... but no worries, all are fine and happy (and exhausted.) She is a beautiful little girl and I'm so proud of my brother and sister-in-law!
Don and Kathleen shortly after baby Ceci's arrival
Poor Dr. Ernie always gets them when they are crying! That's ok, Dr. Ernie, they grow up to love you!
How is that face!
I think she noticed the paparazzi outside her window....
